At the beginning of each semester we sponsor events to meet new people who are interested in joining the University of Connecticut's chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. This period of time is called rush. Spring 2010 rush is now in session. Look for fliers around campus and check the website periodically for information on events. Below is our Spring 2010 rush schedule. If you have any questions at all do not hesistate to email, call, or text any of the members of the rush committee listed below.

SPRING 2010 RUSH SCHEDULE
Wednesday, January 20th - 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Meet the brothers during our Madden Tournament (Husky Village – KΣ House)
Take a little time out of your evening to meet some new people at UConn and play madden with some of our brothers and other rushes at our house in Husky Village.
Friday, January 22nd 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Battle for B with Kappa Kappa Gamma (Husky Village – KΣ House)
Come be apart of a Family Feud style trivia contest where rushes and brothers will face off with the sisters of Kappa Kappa Gamma for bragging rights for our house
Sunday, January 25th 7:00 pm
Speed Dating with Delta Zeta (Husky Village – KΣ House)
Come up to our house in Husky Village and meet some new people, not only the brothers but the sisters of Delta Zeta in our Speed Dating events.

Involvement Fair (Student Union)
Stop by and check out our booth at the involvement fair
Thursday, January 28th
Kappa Sig Hookah Bar (Husky Village – KΣ House)
Enjoy an evening of relaxing with the brothers of Kappa Sigma at our homemade hookah bar. Meet at our house in Husky Village where we will then travel to one of our off campus houses. Those who do not wish to partake in hookah are more than welcomed as the focus of the evening is to simply hang out and have a good time.
Friday, January 30th
Casino Night (Husky Village – KΣ House)
Test your luck against brothers and other rushes with poker and other casino games for prizes. There is no money buy in so you play for free and there will be prizes for the winners.
